* Is Food available at the property? Is it included
in the tariff?
Yes, simple home cooked meals are provided at the property on
order and is available at extra charge. The caretaker will call you
prior to your arrival to discuss your food requirements

* How is the Mobile & Wi-Fi signal in the property?
Airtel and BSNL work in most areas of the property. Vodafone
works in some areas and Jio has limited connectivity.
Broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is
subject to weather conditions. As long as we get connectivity
from the BSNL station, you will have uninterrupted Wi-Fi

* Is the property safe and family friendly?
The property is 100% safe and family friendly. The caretaker's
family and other families live in the property as well for any
assistance. Keep in mind, due to the hilly terrain, some areas
might be uneven for little children and senior members

* What are the activities available in the property?
Currently we have a 1km nature hiking trail, seasonal coffee
tours nightly campfire, fishing gear rental and a BBQ grill for
your use. We will be adding board games and bicycles soon

* How are the roads and parking facilities?
We have paved roads for all types of cars to enter the facility.
The distance from the parking area to the villas range from
10m to 100m
