PAYMENT TERMS

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Accepted modes of payment are limited to Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, UPI and other forms accepted by Razorpay. 

CHECK IN /OUT POLICY

Check-in    : 1:00 PM  (Early Check-in Subject to Availability)
Check-Out : 11:00 AM ( Grace period of 1 hour may be provided, subject to availability. Use of the property beyond the allocated grace period will be subject to an additional charge of Rs 2000 upto 4 hours and full tariff after 4 hours. 

A security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in and will be fully refunded at the time of check-out subject to any deductions due to damage to the property caused by your party during your stay. Management reserves the right to withhold the security deposit as seen fit based on the extent of damage.

A valid government issued photo ID with address proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellation made before 14 days of the check-in date, full refund will be given after 5% deduction of bank charges, if any. For cancellation made before 7 days of the check-in date, 50% refund will be given after 5% deduction of bank charges. 

Refund will be processed through NEFT/original payment mode within 3 working days.

BOOKING POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

Any number of guests above and beyond mentioned at the time of booking is subject to extra person charges

All illegal activities are prohibited within the premises and subject to immediate eviction without refund if found in violation

Consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property and subject to immediate eviction without refund

Smoking is not allowed inside the villas and subject to additional cleaning fee if found in violation.

Threatening or harassing staff members will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
